Your Visa Hello credit card includes two types of insurance that cover your purchases in-store and online.
Defer payment for purchases of up to €2,500. Useful if you want to book a holiday, pay a deposit or cover unexpected expenses.
The Visa Hello credit card is free for the first year. You'll then pay 50% of the usual fee, i.e. €1.13 per month.

Purchase protection in the event of theft or accidental damage to the item purchased with your credit card, within 120 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

Online purchase protection in the event that goods purchased online are not delivered, not as described or defective, within 90 days after purchase.
